State Police reported the sealed indictment arrest on Sunday (5/28) of Beau Waters, age 19, of Deer Meadow Run in the Town of Walworth.
A 41 count indictment was opened in County Court on Tuesday morning accusing Waters of stalking 22 young women, including some that are minors, over a period of years from September, 2011 to June of 2016.
Waters faces seventeen counts of Stalking in the Third Degree; seven counts of Disseminating Indecent material to Minors in the First Degree; four counts of Identity Theft in the Third Degree; Three counts of Stalking in the Fourth Degree; Three counts of Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree; two counts of Harassment in the First Degree; one count of Harassment in the Second Degree and two counts of Stalking in the Second Degree.
According to Wayne County District Attorney, Chris Bokelman, the ages of the victims range fro 15 to 19 years old and the crimes occurred over a six year period. State Police labeled it as a multi-year investigation. Waters has hired defense attorney, James Nobel, out of Rochester.
Some of the victims came forward to police, who then led them to more victims. Police feel there may be even more. They are urged to call the State Police in Williamson at (315) 589-2355.
