Timothy Dean arrives/arraigned in Wayne County

The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reported the arrest of a Texas man in relation to the homicide of Joshua Niles and Amber Washburn on October 22^nd in the Village of Sodus.  Timothy P. Dean, age 32 of Sunray, Texas was extradited to Wayne County on November 23^rd, and was brought before the Town of Sodus Court immediately upon entering Wayne County in front of Judge Fratangelo.  He was arraigned on the charge of Murder in the First Degree, two counts of Murder in the Second Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession in the Second Degree and Conspiracy in the Second Degree.  He was remanded to the Wayne County Jail on no bail.  “Our investigation regarding the Monday, October 22^nd double homicide in the Village of Sodus has and will continue”.
