The Ontario County Sheriff’s office reports the arrest of Richee B Jones, age 52, of Spruce Ave in Rochester following an investigation into several larcenies.
Between the dates of 5/4 and 5/10, Jones is accused of walking out with $6,341 worth of merchandise from the Eastview mall JC Penneys location in Victor.
Jones was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree and was transported to the Ontario County Jail.
Jones will return to Victor Town court to answer for the charges at a later date.
