State Police Investigators out of Williamson received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children back in April of this year.
A search warrant was issued on the residence of Hunter A. Faber, age 24, of 419 Berg Road in the Town of Ontario and all his electronic devices were seized. Following a detailed search of Faber’s electronic devices, both sexually explicit pictures and videos of children were recovered.
On Thursday (12/16) Faber
was charged with Felony Promoting a Sexual Performance: Child Under 17 and Felony Possessing Sexual Performance by a Child. He was taken to centralized arraignment and released to appear initially in Ontario Town Court.
