Police wrote him a total of 19 tickets
Macedon Police responded to a report of a vehicle stuck in the mud off the road on Route 31 at 7:40 p.m. on Friday (12/21).
The driver, Ayman A. Abuhassan, age 47, of 69 Havenwood Hollow in Fairport was subsequently arrested for Felony DWI/BAC, with a blood alcohol level of .08%; No Interlock as Required by a Prior DWI Conviction in Pittsford in 2018; Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the First Degree; Failure to Surrender a Driver’s License; Switched License Plates; No Insurance; Refusal to Submit to a Road side Breath Test; Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. In all, Abuhassan was issued a total of 19 tickets. He was arraigned in Macedon Court and remanded to jail on January 22.
